About Me
As you can tell, my name is Felicite (Felly). Born and raised in Togo, West Africa, I am a black African American homemaker, mother, and student preparing for her Health Information Management associate degree at Montgomery College, Maryland. I speak French and English and read and write Spanish. As my nickname can tell, I love creativity and challenges. First, I am a food lover and love cooking because it helps me discover more than expected and expand my knowledge in different versions. Yet, I fell in love with baking in 2020 in the DMV (USA). Since then, I have started enjoying baking every day. It became a hobby; I always go above all my skills, challenge myself, and let my family and friends be the critics.
I love baking because it brings me joy. I love seeing people around me enjoying their plates with smiles and happiness. Furthermore, I went on numerous pieces of training to put my skills to the next level. Nevertheless, I kept challenging myself. After two years of experience in the domain, I moved to Europe to explore and learn more about baking.
Finally, from all my experience in the last almost three years, I decided to open my book to the world and let them taste my handmade and add my touch to my knowledge, making it unique, delicious, and tasty.

it was perfect. The interior was nice and soft. I thought I wouldn’t like the frosting because usually it’s hard and too sweet but it was amazing and once it hits your mouth it literally melts lol we shared it with a bunch of people from work and the hall enjoyed it.
